Our video sessions will follow the schedule outlined in your chosen package. During each session, we’ll address your challenges, explore opportunities and provide the support you need.
We’ll also focus on your long-term goals and objectives, ensuring you move forward with clarity and purpose.
At the end of each session, we’ll set actionable tasks to work on between sessions, maintaining progress and momentum.
Between sessions, you'll have tasks to work on that will help reinforce the progress we’re making together. I’ll also provide handouts on the topics we discuss, so you have clear guidance to refer back to.
